Schedule
The first session will begin promptly at 5 pm on Friday, 17th January, with arrivals from 2 pm onwards to allow people time to get settled in their rooms.
The last session will end at 12 pm on Sunday, 19th January, with an optional lunch from 1-2 pm at no extra charge.
Accommodations & Rates
This retreat is open to all, but only 35 seats are available.

Meet Your Instructors

Nayaswami Gyandev ( E- RYT 500) is a Kriyacharya and longtime Ananda Yoga and Meditation teacher. He lives at Ananda Village, California, where he teaches a wide variety of topics in the yogic sciences: Ananda Meditation, Ananda Yoga, practical yoga philosophy, and the training of teachers in all these areas. He serves as director of Ananda School of Yoga & Meditation. He is a co-founder of Yoga Alliance and has authored six books, the two most prominent being Spiritual Yoga and his latest,The Hidden Story of the Mahabharata. He also has a PhD in applied mathematics from Stanford University.
