Online : 6:30 to 7:30 pm
Mon, Tue & Fri

Inperson : Morning –

8:10 to 9:15 am (Tue, Wed, Thu) & 7 – 8 am (Wed)
Evening – 7 to 8pm
Mon, Wed & Fri

Ananda Yoga is a dynamic hatha yoga practice that deeply energizes and renews our body,mind, and spirit. It emphasizes work-in than work-out. The use of affirmations with each pose, enhances the mental, spiritual, and physical experience.
