Our Teachers

Sangeeta Laishram is an internationally certified Yoga (RYT 200) and Meditation teacher by World Yoga Alliance. She is also a certified healing teacher and has assisted and conducted classes on yoga, meditation and healing in Pune.
She left her legal career as she preferred to devote her time working with children and the elderly through Arts and Education, especially so with children with disabilities. Always looking for ways to raise social and inter-personal awareness and skill, she is also the co-founder of “Pune Unity Center” which provides a platform for like-minded people from all culture to come together and share thoughts, ideas and skills.
She has been practicing Yoga for many years, and is an advocate for safe, informed and proper practice of Yoga.

Amruta Dubal has been an Ananda member for the last 5 years and has been practicing Yoga for more than 20 years. She is a Yoga Alliance certified Ananda Yoga Teacher (RYT 200). She has worked in the software industry for almost 5 years. She is enthusiastic about sharing the teachings of Paramhansa Yogananda and Swami Kriyananda.
