Ananda Sangha Pune with Ananda Yoga School of India announces its Annual Yoga Teacher Training program [RYT-200], starting AUGUST 13 to NOVEMBER 26. This training offers you an _INTERNATIONAL CERTIFICATION in partnership with WORLD YOGA ALLIANCE_, giving you the unique opportunity to be a teacher anywhere in the world! The course equips you with the knowledge and expertise to be a professional yoga trainer.


The training comprises 200 hours divided into 4 modules.

Module-1 [50 Hrs]: Yoga Asanas
Module-2 [40 Hrs]: Pranayamas, Meditation, Energization Exercises
Module-3 [50 Hrs]: Yoga Philosophy, Chakras, and Yogic Lifestyle
Module-4 [70 Hrs]: Assisting and Adjusting students, Anatomy and Physiology, How to teach, Final Assessment

The classes will be mostly held ONLINE with a few special in-person sessions. For everyone’s convenience, we will hold the classes on weekends from 9:00AM – 7:00PM.
Module 1: Aug 6, 7, 13, 14, 20
Module 2: Sep 10, 11, 17, 18
Module 3: Oct 2, 8, 9, 15, 16
Module 4: Nov 5, 6, 12, 13, 19, 20, 26

The complete course with international certification is offered at Rs. 60000.

Meet our teachers:

Nayaswami Bhajana MacDow (E-RYT 500, YACEP) , born in Austria, is a disciple of Paramhansa Yogananda since 1999. She conducts YTT 200 and 300 hour programs in India, Europe, Middle East and America. She leads workshops and seminars on various aspects of Yoga and comes with sound knowledge of ancient Indian scriptures and Ayurveda.

Latha Gupta (E-RYT 500, YACEP) is an experienced Ananda Yoga and Meditation teacher. She is passionate about inspiring her students to deepen their practice and learn yoga in a safe and enjoyable way. A Yoga Alliance certified Ananda Yoga teacher and a certified Coach from the International Coach federation (ICF) she brings in an encouraging and practical approach. Latha has over two decades of experience in Leadership Development and has conducted several Executive Development Programs internationally.
