Ananda Sangha Pune announces the start of a new series of classes on the Path of Kriya Yoga and Meditation. These classes are designed to give the student a thorough understanding of the Path of Self-Realization, as taught by Paramhansa Yogananda, and prepare the student to receive the advanced meditation technique of Kriya Yoga.
This standalone class covers the science of Meditation based on Paramhansa Yogananda’s teachings, including:
- Why Meditate & What is Meditation
- Correct Meditation Posture
- The Hong-Sau technique of Meditation, a simple, yet powerful technique taught by Paramhansa Yogananda
- How the Divine is Experienced, and
- Applying Spiritual Teachings in Daily Life
What You Will Learn
You will learn proven effective techniques for reducing stress and finding peace, and clarity in your daily life. Meditation is not an option, as we think it to be; it is as essential in our lives as our very breath, for our own well-being.
For those interested in the sacred Kriya Yoga technique extolled in Yogananda’s Autobiography of a Yogi, this class serves as the first class in a series of classes that culminate in Kriya Yoga . Both types of seekers – those who want to receive Kriya Yoga and those who only wish to learn how to meditate – will benefit from this class.
