Monsoon is all about joyful lush green and windy weather!! But for many it can be a season of intense body aches, muscle soreness and fatigue for various reasons including, arthritis, osteoarthritis, deficiency of Vitamins and minerals. Stomach bloating and low immunity are another of few common issues in this season. Yoga works miraculously on such issues.

This workshop aims at introducing ways to:

* Increase energetic flow to overcome fatigue
* Lubricate joints and muscles to avoid pain and stiffness
* Smoothen body metabolism to erase bloating and other deficiencies.
* Pranayama techniques for overall relaxation for body and mind and soul.
