You will learn proven effective techniques for reducing stress and finding peace, and clarity in your daily life. Meditation is not an option, as we think it to be; it is as essential in our lives as our very breath, for our own well-being.

The meditation class is based on the teachings of Paramhansa Yogananda.

The classes will be held at various locations ON JUNE 9 & 10 :

June 10th:
