Relationships are often the source of some of life’s greatest happiness. Unfortunately, disharmonious relationships can also cause great pain. We may not be able to control what others do, but we can develop the ability to choose how we react to events in order to make ourselves happy or sad, to help the relationship grow and harmonize or to bring more pain to ourselves and others.

Using yogic principles, we will learn the art of how to harmonize ourselves and in turn harmonize and heal interpersonal relationships of all kinds.
