Meet Your Instructor

Sangeeta Laishram is a certified yoga and meditation teacher and an artist. She is also a certified healing teacher/ practitioner of Paramhansa Yogananda’s Healing techniques. Her journey towards yoga started quite young, but it was a serious spinal injury that got her deeply into it. Being told that she won’t be able to move like she used to earlier was quite a shock, but she used it to push herself into looking for a more holistic cure. That was when she discovered Restorative Yoga. After years of diligent practice, and getting back almost her full range of movements, her main focus on yoga is Mindful practice, to make sure that no injury occurs, and if anyone comes with past injuries and restrictions, to help them gently move towards the restorative effect that yoga has on a person’s overall mental, emotional and physical well-being.
